What Ringleader is

Ringleader is a private, internal tool operated by one person to manage his own online stores and advertising accounts. It is not sold, licensed, or made available to anyone else, and it has no users other than its owner.

Information from visitors

This site does not collect personal information from visitors. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no analytics or advertising tracker, and no cookies beyond the session cookie set for the owner when he signs in. Nothing on these public pages profiles you or follows you elsewhere.

Google account data

Ringleader accesses Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console through a Google Cloud service account under the owner's control, which has been granted access from inside those products. It acts only as the owner, on accounts the owner already controls. It never asks a visitor to sign in with Google, never acts on behalf of another person, and has no access to any Google account but the owner's own.

The data it reads is advertising and site performance data: campaign structure and status, clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, keyword and search performance, and traffic reporting. That data is used solely to operate and improve the owner's own properties.

Where data goes

Nowhere. Data retrieved from Google is stored on the owner's own server and used only inside this tool. It is not sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party, and it is not used to train any model or to build advertising profiles. Ringleader's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and removal

Retrieved data is kept only as long as it is useful for operating the owner's properties, and can be deleted at any time by the owner. Because the tool holds no third-party accounts, there is no account for anyone else to delete and no data subject request that would apply to a visitor of this site.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Questions about it can be sent to the address published on the Google Cloud project that operates this tool.
